Registration & Policies

 

Registration Procedure:

  1. Phone Registration: Fax 847-540-9917 - phone 847-540-9900 or walk in U.S.G.T.C. for class availability and secure your class position using your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Fax us your registration with Visa, MasterCard or Discover. 

  2. Mail Registration: Phone U.S.G.T.C. for class availability and secure your class position using your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover or mail in your check for Payment. (Check must be received within three days or fee will be automatically charged to credit card)

  3. Walk-In Registration: This is best for new student who wish to view our facility, observe classes or obtain evaluation for class placement.

  4. Club Fee $25.00 due at time of enrollment - renewed every August.

  5. Registration: Checks should be made payable to U.S.G.T.C. There is a $25 service charge for all returned checks. A full refund minus a $15 handling fee will be given up until 24 hours prior to the first Monday of the session. Once the session begins, no club fee or class fee will be refunded. MasterCard, Visa, Discover are accepted.

  6. Family Discount: Families will receive a 20% discount off the class fee for their second, third, & fourth child enrolled for the full 10 - week session.

  7. Second Class Discount: If a student enrolls for a second 10 - week class within the same session, there will be a 20% discount off the second class fee.

Policies

  1. Uniforms: Girl must wear one-piece leotards.No midriffs are allowed. No jeans, shorts or pants with belts or buckles. Hair must be tied away from the face. No jewelry is allowed in class.

  2. Classes: Classes will start on time. Do not drop off students must be picked up on time. If you must leave please leave a cell phone number.

  3. Class Advancement: The instructor will inform the office of the student's advancement as soon as the criteria is met. At that time parents will be notified for class change for next session.

  4. Class Cancellation: U.S.G.T.C. reserves the right to cancel classes if minimum enrollment is not met.

  5. Coach Change: U.S.G.T.C. tries to honor coach requests but reserves the right to change coaches without notification when necessary.

  6. Make-Up Policy: All make-ups must be scheduled within the session missed. Beginner levels & up will do make-ups at Open Gym -- Fri 6:30 to 8:00 PM. Please request a pass at the front desk. Parents of pre-school levels & younger should call in their absence & schedule a make-up as space permits. Make-Up classes may not be rescheduled.

  7. Valuables: Valuable items should not be brought to the Gym. U.S.G.T.C. will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

  8. Parent TNT Classes: For the classes to be most beneficial to all children. Parents need to participate and keep their children within the structure of the class.

  9. All Classes, prices & times are subject to change.
