Bright, varied, specially-sized equipment, together with music and rhyme help develop general skills such as body awareness, eye-hand coordination, and listening while introducing basic gymnastics skills with the help of an adult. These classes help stimulate toddlers' major muscle groups. This a parent interactive class.

Preschool sized gymnastics equipment along with obstacle courses, colorful ladders, tunnels parachutes etc. and specialized stations develop toddlers' coordination, agility, strength, balance, and motor skills. Students are introduced to apparatus, develop foundation skills, and improve social interaction.

A preschoolers' introduction to gymnastics tampolines, bars, beams and vault. We use fun, motivating stations to teach teh basics of gymnastics skills.

Kindergym

Intro To Beginner Girls

This class is designed for Kindergarteners ready for a more serious gymnastics program. The children will be concentrating on all four events as well as flexibility.

Boys Introduction to Gymnastics

Beginner Girls

60 Min. (Age 6 - 16 yrs.)

The beginning of a progressive gymnastics program, each child's skill is monitored as she progresses through a formal gymnastics curriculum. Goal orientation and skill achievement help children develop confidence and self-esteem. The child will advance at the completion of the skill list.
